athis point is my coputer clea or still infected? malwareytes detected three threats today.

It looks like you are still infected and you may still have some or all of the Bootkit as well.

 

It looks like the tools have incorrectly or not fully removed your infection.

 

Do you, or can you get hold (borrow) of a USB keyboard, they are cheap, just to see if a keyboard works if it's is using USB instead.

 i can grb my eyboard from work. it is usb. thnks for the info. am i safe to plug in an exteral hard drive to back up some files or will that get infectd?

seeing as the Bootkit seems broken (incorrectly) now causing the device manager and maybe other Windows problems you should be safe to use a external HD (flash drive)
