Re: happili.com virus help

I need the name of the audio file missing

In the Device manager does any of the listing for files for any of the devices have a warning mark or Missing.

Go Control Panel,  Hardware and Sound, Device manager,

You will see Keyboards listing and others like Sound

DeviceMan.jpg

You go into driver details to see the drivers listed.

Re: happili.com virus help

There has to be a Keyboards listing even for laptops.
