help with subscription renewal -- This should be way easier to do

Hello, I have 20 days remaining on My NIS 2010 subscription. This was originally purchased as NIS 2009 and upgrade to NIS 2010 a couple of days ago.

Whn I click express renewal it takes me to a Norton 360 page not a NIS page, but I am able to navigate away and find a subscription renewal area 1 year for 49.95.

There is an upgrade bundle listed which lists NIS 2010 with Norton Utilities for 59.95, just 10 dollars more. Neither of these offers states if it is for use on 3 pc's, which my original subscription was.

Can someone assist with the proper process to upgrade? I want to renew NIS 2010 for 3 pc's and possibly get the NU also if the bundle is in fact only 10 dollars more for 3 pc's

Thanks

Hi kevm

The bundle, as far as I am aware, is for 3 PCs so looks like a good deal for you rather than a straight renewal. If you do go for then wait until the last day to use your new NIS product key (don't have to uninstall or reinstall NIS) as you will not get the remaining days carried over.

Thanks

Hi kevm,

If you go to this site, then navigate down to where you see Key Features>More Info and System Requirements, click on that link and it will redirect you to a page with more information, explaining that you are purchasing a license for up to three PC's.

Next, go back to the previous page and follow the prompts through to upgrade now.

Let us know if you have any other difficulties.

EDIT: Good advice from mdturner, wait until your current subscription has almost expired before upgrading.
