Hello everyone. i badly need help. i get alert that a potential harmful sofware is detected. when i opened the said content is says " Adware:win 32/open candy. i followed the instructions on how to remove it. after re-booting my laptop, i still have that same alert.  I already did system restore and still have the same problem.. any help is highly appreciated.
