Be aware there are or was some variants that if the system is fully infected and running, It will survive a standard Windows Reformat.

Re: how to get rid of Trojan.zeroaccess!inf

I can remove the zeroaccess and any leftovers including the folder So it is gone leaving Windows intact.

Hi

The thing is "similar" is not the "same" and it would be dangerous to follow advice for one problem and apply it to yours.

So if your system is not identical i.e. 32 bit Windows 7 or whatever, as the original poster here, then you should create a new thread and detail exactly what your issue is, what your operating system is, etc.

Otherwise if you problem is identical then I suggest you subscribe to this thread and follow the advice given. But having said that no two system are identical and if comes to producing log files then you are not going to have identical logs and again you would be best to post your own thread and await advice therein.
