Hi, I am a developer selling e-books,  the user need to install my e-book reader.  They can download the setup file from my website, or can install it using a CD I provided.   Both of these are killed by norton.

For downloading  the setup.exe on line,  norton killed the setup.exe

for installing using a CD, the setup.exe running normally, but after setup.exe is done,  the setup program will automatically launch my reader.exe file, but then notron removed the reader.exe.

Please let me know how I can prevent norton killing my apps in both of the sceinarioes, I need to lauch my product ASAP.

Hi, I am releasing a new program.  However, norton sonar killed it.   I submitted a false positve,  The incident number for the submission is: 2777406.   However I haven't heard back anything yet.  And I cannot find a way to track the status of my submission.  I need to release the product end of the month!  This is crazy!  Anybody can help me ?  Thanks.
