if virus attacks to my pc i want to send mail automatically to it@domain.com

please give me some help to regarding this process.

presently i am using Norton 2007 anti virus.

First, assuming your Norton Antivirus is a standard retail version, you are eligible for a free upgrade to NAV2010.  The 2007 is very out-dated.  If you wish more information on the process to update, and the links, please advise.

I don't believe that there is a utility in Norton to send out automatic emails. In NAV2010 there is an ability to foward files to Symantec for study from the quarantine folder, but you would also have to submit it yourself.
