Hi tridentcore,
Welcome to the Norton Community. What version of NIS do you currently have? What OS and SP do you have and is it 32 or 64 bit?
Please proceed as follows if you currently have NIS 2010. If you have an older version please let us know as we might need to recommend additional things to help ensure your installation of NIS 2011 goes smoothly.
If you use Identity Safe you should back up this data first. Please see this link for details on how to do this.
Please download the full version of NIS 2011 from here. Please note that this is the English version so please let me know if you need a different language and I will provide the appropriate link.
As a precaution please make note of your NIS product key. You can get your Norton product key from your Norton Account.
For your protection, disconnect from the Internet before continuing.
Then please install NIS 2011 from the full version downloaded earlier. Once installed please reconnect back to the Internet and run Live Update repeatedly (rebooting as requested) until it reports there are no more updates.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.

Thanks for the quick response...
I'm not using Norton Internet Security... I'm using Norton AntiVirus 2010 currently... And I tought the installer is combined for both of 32bit and 64bit OS without downloading it separately...

Hi tridentcore,
What OS do you have and is it 32 or 64 bit?
My apologies for assuming you had NIS. You can download the full version of NAV 2011 from the following link.
The procedure I outlined earlier still applies except that you do not have to worry about backing up Identity Safe since NAV does not have this feature.
Again this is the link for the English version of NAV, please let me know if you need a different language.
Norton products have only a 32 bit version but they fully support 64 bit OS.
However only 32 bit browser and Outlook is supported.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.

It's okay... I'm currently downloading it...
I'm already used with English UI... so there's no problem anymore...
Currently I'm using 32bit of Windows 7 in my little brother PC... but I have some friends which is using 62bit of Windows 7... so I will give the installer to them for upgrading...
Thanks by the way...
