I had the same problem and i used the norton installer and reinstaled and it seems to have

solved the issue....hope this helps

No need to uninstall and install NIS2012 again.. problem is now solved..

No, it didn't work again. The problem still persists (NIS 2012 - Web Protection Definitions) and (NIS 2012 - Web Protection Definitions Hub)

Please a good solution.
