Thanks for the updates on this issue. We're still working on the servers - this issue is a complex one that we're working hard to fix. I'm sorry I don't have any new info as an update. When I do have more information, I'll post it to this thread. It should be coming soon, but until then I recommend the workaround of running LiveUpdate subsequent times manually to get the failed updates.

I didn't have any problems with LU after installing the new product update - both the Windows 7 laptop and two XP machines (netbook and desktop) are all problem free. Kids report no issues with N360 running on their machines. Sounds like I'm one of a few who didn't experience any LU problems.....either I'm living right or doing something wrong.

It has been happening all morning for me. I'm using NIS 2012 with all the latest updates. Even repeated runs of LU manually does nothing for close to an hour at times before the updates will download. See the attached screen shots.

Earl - run a manual Liveupdate and see if it works now. It worked for me an hour or so ago.
