Hi Welcome to Norton community
Have you changed the settings to Agressive and run a scan.
Please move to these Malware Removal Forums
They can assure you don`t have any undetected threats.

I did set my settings to aggressive and Norton did find "Trojan.Fake.AV!gen" and after it was removed I had to reset my internet connection to not go to a proxy server. My daughter infected the computer again by chatting on faacebook. This time Norton did not find the virus. So I ran RKill from bleepingcomputer.com and it turned off a process and gave me the name of the executable that ran it. I found the file and deleted it and was able to restore my internet again. Looking in Norton's history I found 2 instances of the trojan, the first was autodetected and quarantined, the second was a day later that I found after changing settings.
