Hi noheza,
Welcome to the Norton Community.
I am sorry I do not understand except that it appears you are perhaps asking something about the cost of Norton software?
Can you clarify?
If you can tell us which language you need support in, perhaps we can direct you to an appropriate link in your native language.
Best wishes.
Allen

Heres a decentish translation.
"Took more than four months with problems in my pc is not 'to' pay '50 dollares Norton if I solved the problem."
Not sure if its correct.

That's what they said (in Spanish), but here's another try: "I've had problems with my PC more than four months, but I don't know why since I paid $50 for Norton and it still has not resolved the problem." I'm not familiar with contacting Norton support in other languages, so here's a quick response:
Noheza:
Las primeras medidas son actualizar el programa por LiveUpdate y ejecutar un scan del todo el sistema.
Si el programa no encuentre nada y todavia hay problemas, Ud puede hacer contacto con Norton por el programa (Support/Apoyo).
Buena suerte.

Hello
I don't know Spanish, but this is the site where to start with customer support in Spain. Perhaps they can help the user in Spanish with the problem. I hope the user can understand what I am trying to point out here also. That link should provide the start with perhaps getting the problem solved. Perhaps we can help here if we knew what the actual problem is.

Hello BajaBoojum
Thank you for translating into Spanish I think my post above about customer support in Spain. I think that is what you were doing.
