SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
I purchased a Norton anti-virus online, and I cannot get it to download properly. I followed everything step by step and my computer seems to be missing a step. I have tried everything I could think of, I don't know what to do.

Which product did you purchase --- NAV 2011?
For which operating system?
For 32-bit or 64-bit system?
What is the brand and model of the computer you have (and is it a laptop or desktop)?
Also, when you purchased the product, online did you get a Product Key? Did it come in the e-mail, or what is just displayed on the screen?
Do you have an account with www.norton.com, and could you log into that account to see what the status of your order is?
