I upgraded to NIS 2012 from 2011 but it only shows 22 days left on my subscription. That's what I had before I upgaded. Shouldn't I have 366 days plus my 22 days?

Hi,

Only when you buy a new product you will get 365 days of additional subscription.

On upgrading to NIS 2012 from NIS 2011 with 22 days will again give you only 22 days of subscription available.

Did you buy new NIS 2012 subscription or you just upgraded from NIS 2011 Support.

If you could have activated NIS 2012  with new  renew code or key, then if it shows 22 days subscription, you can contact customer support through this link www.norton.com/chat  to solve the issue.
