i installed nis 2012 but it need 63.90 mb updates .

can i download this update from norton and install it offline ?

Those 63.90 updates should be the latest Virus/Other Updates.

If you just need the latest Virus Definition updates, you can download that from Norton and install it Offline. But for other product updates you need to run Live Update in your machine.

There are separate definitions for 32\64 bit machines.
