Welcome to Norton Community!
Please let us know the version of Norton Internet Security and the Browser and its version.
1. Check if Identity Safe is turned ON in the product. (NIS Main UI-> Settings-> Web Settings -> Identity safe )
2. Also, check if the Norton Toolbar is enabled in your browser.
-In IE, Tools-> Manage Addons -> Nortton Toolbar and Symantec NCO BHO. Both these should be enabled.
- In Firefox, Tools -> Add-ons Norton Toolbar addon should be enabled.
3. Also check if the toolbar is not hidden in both the browsers. (Right click on the menu bar of the browser and see if 'Norton Toolbar' is checked.)
