Hi,

Liveupdate automatically downloaded the updated files for 19.1.1.3, after i rebooted my computer i checked the version of the nis2012 and it is still on 19.1.0.28.

I also checked  to see if there was an update from the menu, but it also says my product is up to date.

Did you run LU from Administrator Account...if not.  Open Admin > Run LU > reboot.

Or try a hard boot.  Shut down ~ Start up

do you use the English version of the 2012 product or an other localized version?

yes i did run liveupdate from my administrator account (default in windows 7) and i did a hard boot, still didn't update.

See if live update will download and install anything else, then reboot again.

Usually they release the English versions first, so it is possible that you only received part of the update.. Was your key also for the Portuguese version? Thanks

Hi,

As of now the 19.1.1.3 version is available for NAV/NIS2012 English version only. . The in-line will be released in all other languages over the next two days.

You can get this update after 2 days. I appreciate your patience.

Hi floplot, Good to know! :) yes, the key is for the portuguese version. i will report back when other part has been downloaded from liveupdate and nis2012 has been updated to 19.1.1.3. Thanks

I just ran a manual Live Update on 19.1.0.28 and it downloaded it just downloaded the usual pulse update etc as shown in the details but after I closed the details it said an earlier update required an Restart and that brought it up to the 19.1.1.3 ....

This is on the English version. So the update downloads automatically but if it happens in the background you would have to know to restart. I don't think I got a popup -- in fact I thought I'd turned them off but just got one saying it had done an idle scan ....
