Good Evening -
I"ve received the noted error messge a couple times, but I cannot find any information about what it means. Does it mean the message was not delivered to all recipients of the email? Only some of the recipients did not receive the email? And is there a setting I can change to increase the allowable number of recipients for any given email?

Please check with your email service provider about this error. Although a Norton popup displays the error, the notification actually comes from your ISP. Most ISPs limit the number of messages that you can send in a single session as part of their effort to curb spam. There are usually other restrictions, as well, such as daily limits and size limits.
