Please let me know if you find anything also on that website that could be causing the greying out. This is what I had mentioned in my post. If there is malware on the website, could it cause the observation that Red is seeing.? I had also mentioned the possibility that perhaps the Smart Screen might be interferring if Red uses the Smart Screen.

Hello, floplot,

The SmartScreen wouldn't have anything to do with it as this is the first time I've seen this happening in Norton 2010 Products.  The last time I saw this, was in Norton 2008 Products. If there is any evidence to prove that SmartScreen is interfering with Norton Report Site, then please post them.  I still think there is Threats on that Web Site that is disabling the "Report Site" on the Norton Tool Bar.  Thanks for your comments.

Secondly, the Web Site in question appears to no longer exist, and, therefore, I cannot send the U.R.L., but if I come across any other, I'll be sure to let the Community know.
