[trojanmdropper]

After I removed the email with the trojan.mdropper.x the error message from Norton still appears saying that removal failed.

It seems that every time I turn off the computer and turn it back on, the virus comes back.

What can I do?

For Norton after using other tools or manual removal, make sure to go into the History, Unresolved Threats list and clear the entries.

You can try to download and run Norton Power Eraser tool :

Go for Rootkit Scan and Restart the computer. Check if it detects any threats and if it does, please provide us the filename and other details.
