You are connected but they may not be. There have been maintenance and repair operations happening all weekend. This has led to shortime outages of various features. All should be well soon.

One thing you might want to do is look at the local sales of your product. If you can get it less expensive locally do so. The key will work with your existing copy and you will be able to extend your subscription for a year.

You can buy a 1 PC version of Norton Inerent Security for $19.99 after rebates in one of the usual stores this week .... and enter the key in your installed verison ....

You may be able to get 3 PC versions at a good price but do only use reputable sources.
