Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus

Like many others, I caught the nasty bug.

I've tried to use malware removal -- but the system doesn't stay on long enough.

Reboots after a minute. I can get into safe with networking.

Tried some other sites and ideas, but to no avail. Regular antivirus didn't detect.

I've read other posts requesting frst and search files so those are attached.

Help!! It's my work computer that doesn't have a backup.

a) You have gone on your own and not followed instruction of what not to do.  You know better

b) You do not have a Symantec product insrtalled, this is a Norton Forum

c)  Yo have done other things to your system, so if you now have other problems from that then all I can see is that is why don't run tools on your own.
