I had Norton Anti Virus subscription valid till 18th August 2011.
I bought a new subscription CD [10 users] and while installing / renewing, i have lost the 30 days subscription availbale with the previous subscription. I want that to be added to my new subscription [366 days] so that the total subscription validity will be 396 days.

When you renew your Norton subscription with a new product key, then the days from the previous subscription are not added to the new one. You can read more information over here:
