I want to change the email address/account on a new purchase. The original purchase was on someone elses computer under my account and when it came for renewal they upgraded to NIS and since the original NA was under my account the new one did also. How do I change this particular license numbers associated email and acct to reflect the person who actually purchased it. I tried to find a number for someone in Symantec/Norton but I didn't see an option to where I could contact someone.
