Hi,

Whenever I open up e-mail a "tangy_dandelion" tab appears, as if I have opened it from my e-mail.  However it's not in my inbox and was not sent from my account as stated.  I cannot get rid of it and I am reluctant to actually open it incase harm is caused.  Has anyone come across this, or does anyone have a solution for it's safe removal?

Can you please give us some information? What Norton product are you using and what version is it please? What operating system and service pack are you using? What email program and is it web based? What email ports are you required to use please? Sorry for all the questions, but some background would be helpful. Thanks for reading.

Thanks for coming back to me.

I’m using Norton Internet Security 2012 and have tried their Norton Power Eraser download too.  I’m running Windows 7 Home Premium, not sure which Service Pack??? 

I’m using Internet Explorer and my e-mail is web based by BT Internet.  Let me know if I can help any further.
