so i noticed 2 days ago that in my task manager there is a site searching stuff and constatly refreshing with new searches without actually having a internet explorer window open. You can sometimes hear the ads from the pages its on. there is an IP address that it shows sometimes but im afraid to look it up and escalate the problem. when i try to end task nothing happens. this is running as soon as my computer starts up.

the IP address that is showing is  46.165.221.199 whitch per BING.COM is some site based out of germany...

This sounds like an infection that I have heard reported here before.

We do not have anyone doing malware removal at this time, so I would suggest you try one of the following removal sites.
