before i found you on this forum, i located one of your posts from few years ago, and didn't think you would reply to an old post, so i did as much as i could to save you time, as the problem in that old post was identical(almost) to mine. And i never claimed to know it all, opsite to it, that's why i'm asking for help

You have not as I gave you no instructions,  you ignored the warnings and used the program on your own, so you Failed.  I gave you no instructions you you had no instructions to follow to a T

I am NOT doing anithing to your system to fix it, you ran the tool on your OWN, just doing what you like, Just keep doing your Fuzzy Logic and fix it.  You could wipe your Hard Drive.

Malware is easier to work out users that use advanced tools thinking they know better than Malware Removal guys and end up stuck. It has me scratching my head over and over.

I will not touch a system that has had a user use any advanced program ignoring the warnings given and run the programs anyway.

FRST on this forum a few years ago,  FRST is not on this forum a few years ago, so that is incorrect.

All I am say Over and over, trying to get it though to you and why.   I AM NOT TOUCHING YOUR COMPUTER, yo have used a program that is advanced  and as I do with others,  I do not touch system that a user as used an advanced program on his / her own.

If you don't get that then there is another reason.

"i located one of your posts from few years ago," This is the forum I use FRST no other forum, you just dug a hole.  there are copies in other web address for my posts but it is still not years ago either

I hope I attached the right file, it was the only text that said log in the OTL file ... what is up with people and not being able to read instructions ? that is the second person to not understand the words "read carefully"
