trojan.exe

The last time I had an issue with Google not loading properly, one of the techs in here walked me through many hours of fixing the problem.  In the process, he had me install several programs (malwarebytes, antispyware, cc cleaner).

On 2/11 googleplus stopped loading the games I play daily.  I've run NIS several times since and it only comes up with tracking cookies.  I've run the antimalware program & antispyware program and one of them came up with 2 files of "trojan.exe"

Isn't this something that NIS should have prevented?  I've been running scans for the last week trying to fix the problem and nothing seems to be working.  All I want is my computer the way it was.  I'm not a tech by any means and have watched/tried to figure out several of the videos of DIY. Not helping me.

I unistalled and reinstalled Google Chrome.  Sometimes, I am able to log into my google+ account and get to my homepage.  I can not  load any of the games.  I get the following errors:

* 404 not found, nginx

* Game is experiencing tecnical difficulties, OOps, something went wrong try again later

*error 118 timed out

I was able to install google chrome on my laptop with no problem and load the games without problems.  This is how I know something is wrong with my computer.

Please help a very frustrated student.

Re: trojan.exe

Please try the Norton Power Eraser tool. Download the tool & run a Rootkit Scan.
