trojan.gen.2 and trojan.zeroaccess

Hello I keep getting  a message for Norton saying that it is blocking trojan.gen.2 and trojan.zeroaccess. I have tried doing a scan to remove it, and I also use Norton power eraser and neither of those worked. Can someone please help. Thank you in advance for any insight into this problem you can give.

I use windows vista 32bit if that info is of any use.

Re: trojan.gen.2 and trojan.zeroaccess

Welcome,

Sorry we're meeting under these circumstances. I can recommend only two solutions. The first is to wait for user, volunteer Quads to see your message and respond. The other is to go to one of the sites listed below and work with only one of their experts. The rule is the same in all cases. You finish with the one that started the process. It is individual and please, no self-help fixes while you wait. They will only complicate the process.

Knowing which version of what Norton product you are running would also help. This thread may get moved but there will be a place holder here so you can find it. I'll repeat my warning from the other message - no self-help fixes! Wait for Quads or go to one of the listed sites.

That is not what I asked,   And don't  tell me which detection to start with,  means you know about it better than be so you can go on your own.
