The same issue with the Symantec Servers being down occurred a few months ago...it took several hours for the servers to go up.

That's what the Norton guy said to me also.  He also says he cannot access this thread...

 

Maybe it's the same guy or does Norton block the Techguys from viewing this forum? :D

It's quite possible ;-) When I logged into the chat, by the way, I got a notice saying that chat was experiencing higher traffic rates than usual which was causing delays. It would seem that a lot of other people are experiencing the same issue.
