I find this in your site :  Norton Internet Security 2010 and Norton AntiVirus 2010 have been released! User's who have an active subscription

to Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiVirus 2006 and newer can update to the 2010 for FREE by visiting the Norton Update Center.

... Hi, I want to know if i can upgrade from my Norton Internet Security 2009 ( 12 month subscription ) to Norton Internet Security 2010 and still keep my 12 month subscription and is this really for FREE ?

Yes you can do this. If you have got a current subscription for NIS 2009, then you can upgrade for free to NIS 2010 via the Norton Update Center:
