Hello.  I am trying to verfity my site ownership.  I tried uploading the file to the root directory but verification failed.  I also tried to insert the meta tag into the index.php file in the template folder but it still did not work.  Any suggestions? My set is printaproto.com

Hi Sergio,

Welcome to the Norton Community. The safeweb alpha-numeric code should be placed in the home page in the root directory. I do not see the safeweb code in the source code of the home page.

If you can tell me the filename of the separate file you uploaded to your ROOT directory I'll take a look and see if things look correct.

The file is here http://printaproto.com/nortonsw_ae3e4da0-6f3f-0.html . The meta data is also on the home page.

My site is a secure encripted site do you think that has something to do with it?
