Thank you, I have a heart problem and need to stay in touch with my wife!
Bring up the main UI, (click the icon in your system tray next to your clock), go to settings, firewall, program rules, check to see what Logitech executeable is trying to connect, it might be named "lws200.exe", on the drop down menu, select allow then apply, then close out of the Norton UI and see if your webcam works correctly. If that does not work, I would try resetting your firewall rules under settings.
