Newbie here and I need help! Does anyone know how I can get a digital scrapbook file downloaded from Stampin Up without it being REMOVED (NOT quarantined) because of WS.Reputation.1.

I should also add I need it simple please - none of this techie stuff thanks!  And yes I have read a bazillion pages in this forum - please do not send me the link for a quarantined file as this does not help.

If I need to submit the download or link for approval using that one form, please explain to me what all that stuff is after my name cuz I haven't a clue. :)

Can anyone help before I throw this computer through the window!!!!!

Hi Imbecker,

The easiest way to accomplish this is to temporarily turn off Download Intelligence.  Open Norton and click "Advanced" to get to the screen with the Norton components listed on the right.  Download Intelligence is at the bottom.  Click the yellow toggle button to disable this.  You should then be able to download the file without interference.  Once the file is safely aboard, make sure to re-enable Download Intelligence if you didn't already select a short duration - you don't want to be without this protection for your day-to-day activities.
