hello.

when ever i donwlaod a zip file,norton keeps on poping up afterwards asking me to delete the file,i click on no action

and after a while again it pops up again and again,is there a way once i click on no action norton stops asking about the same zip file?thank you

Is it the same file you download each time you get this message or is it every zip file?

Next time you get the pop up, choose to quarantine the file.

From the main User Interface, choose Advanced-Quarantine. From there choose the file you think is OK. Look for a link to report the file to Symantec. If it is proven to be OK, it will be updated in Norton's database.
