I have disabled my Norton Internet Security 2012 because I cannot run my favorite media player (of the last 10 years) with Norton active.. Sonar deletes the executable file zp.exe as soon as I run it. This happens when the latest zoomplayer update (8.16) is applied.
I ( and many others) have been using this app for a long time. If Norton does not fix this, I will uninstall it and get another antivirus program that plays nice with my apps and doesn't refuse them with false positives. I submitted the problem last week but there was some issue so they wouldn't pay attention to it. I suspect Norton will lose some other customers over this if they refuse to fix it. I'll be uninstalling Norton from all of my machines.. there are alternatives out there now.

Go to settings and add to exclude from auto protect and sonar the file zip.exe, or go to quarantine , restore and exclude the file .
You don't need to disable the antivirus
Anyway, on my machine( windows 7 64 biti) I installed the lasted version and I have no issues with SONAR . You can download the file from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_zoom_player_home
