If I have Norton 360 on my laptop, will I be able to install the Norton 1 app on my smart phone at no cost?  Or is Norton 1 a completely seperate cost?  Thank you.

Norton One is a seperate service and license.  You would need to purchase that instead of Norton 360.  If you bought Norton 360 within the last 60 days, you can get a refund by contacting support.  They could also help you process an order for Norton One at the same time  If this applies to you, you can use http://norton.com/chat/ to contact support.
