If you're signed up for Norton One, you can check on https://one.norton.com as there's a dedicated support team for Norton One.  However, if you haven't received your invite for Norton One then you are not elligible currently.

I own Norton360. I have been a Symantec customer for over 25 years. Hell, I have even met Peter Norton on a couple of occasions, the guy who started it all. What does it take to get invited to One Norton?

Norton One is out of Beta now, so invites aren't forthcoming anymore.  If you've renewed or purchased Norton 360 within the last 60 days, you can get a refund for Norton 360 and purchase Norton One.  Support can help you with this if you go to http://norton.com/chat/.
