I purchased for $30 the full mobile security for Android a few months ago. I have sent lots and lots of support requests over the last few weeks but it appears that Norton likes to sell but not support its products. Since upgrading to Ice Cream Sandwich my full subscription has reverted to Lite. I want my full subscription back but do not know how to get it back. Norton has all my purchase details. Can anyone tell me me how to get my purchase back, because Norton does not want to help me? Thanks

Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear of your problems. Although people do have occasional problems with Norton support most people seem to find them very helpful and supportive. The way I would normally advise customers to get support on things like this is through the (free) Norton Chat link which you can get to if you wish - here.
However before you try that (or instead if you wish) you might like to just try uninstalling NMS and reinstalling it from Google Play. Assuming that Google Play (Android Market) had originally recognised your full purchase this should take you back to full access. But if it does not then I would recommend trying the above Chat link.

Thanks, but Android market only has the free version (Lite) for download, which I have downloaded several times - I cannot find the full version. I have all my original receipts from Android Market but cannot do anything with them

There is only one version of the NMS software on the Android Market (now Google Play) the difference in functionality comes when the fact that you have purchased the paid version is recognised by the system. If this is still not being recognised then I strongly recommend you to contact the Chat line that I gave in the link above.

Hi rouge.
The Chat line is supposed to offer live support! You may have to wait a short while no more.
After you filled in the form with your details and clicked on the "Get Support" button at the bottom you should go to a screen with a link to go to "Live Chat" - that is the option to take. For me it is currently showing a 2 minute wait. Not good but not too bad.
Try that and report back.
