I have Dell Streak 5 and I have the license I bought.
I downloaded on my android Dell Streak. It downloaded file, now I am trying to activate but I keep getting No Network Connection and I cannot activate it. I have full wi-fi connected, and I can access internet and browse it easily.
Can you please help??

I'm sorry to hear of your problem.
From what you say I gather you have purchased the "retail" version of Norton Mobile Security (NMS) and downloaded the file from the Norton Servers. I also assume that you have installed it but the failure is at the point where you are trying to register it.
Given that you seem to have good internet connectivity I wonder if the installation has been less than perfect. I would therefore suggest that you un-install, re-download the file and reinstall. When you reinstall make sure that you have a good internet connection throughout the period until after you have registered it.
If I have misunderstood then let us know, otherwise you might like to report back after you have tried the reinstallation.

Sorry that did not fix it. I suspect someone from Norton will be along soon and they may ask you to log some details so they can get to the bottom of it. Or, if you prefer you could try contacting Norton Live Chat via this link (its free). Just scroll down until you see "Chat now", click on the link and tell the person you contact what is, or is not, happening. We normally find that this gets a speedy and effective solution to most registration problems.
If you decide to hang around here a little longer you might like to describe exactly what you do and what happens from when you start to try and activate it until you get the message "No network connection". This may just give us a better clue as to where the fault lies.
Whatever happens do keep us informed so that we are in a better position to help others if this arises again.
