c'ant upgrade to the full version.

 

Samsung Galaxy S II

Android 2.3.4

Gingerbread.XWKI4

 

Receipt from Google says it was purchased 25 October 2011

Could you tell me if the /sdcard/.nms/ folder exists or not?
Could you use the steps using CatLog?

We will need both pieces of information in order to determine what is happening.

I am having the same issue. Installed Lite version, upgraded to full via Market and it waits for response from Android Market forever instead of installing Full.

 

Device Make and Model: Motorola Atrix 2

Version of Android: 2.3.5 build 5.5.1-175_EDFFW1-16

If the the folder /sdcard/.nms/ exists on your device? Not that I can see.

When was NMS downloaded from the Market? October 28, 2011

When was the purchase attempted? Order date: October 28, 2011 7:11:46 AM PDT

Do you have file manager or something similar installed?

 

If not you might like to download an app from the market.  Erik has suggested Columnar, Ghost Commander, and ES File Explorer.

 

When you have one of these you should be able to browse through your file structure on the device.

@phenoma In Gingerbread and later, there should be an app, "Files" that's part of the Android OS, which will allow you to do this without needing a third party app. Click the app, select "SD card," and scroll down all the .xxxx directories until you get to where .nms would be. If you don't see it, you don't have it! LOL

I am also having the same problem that lite is not upgrading to full version,

Phone Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i

Android 2.3.3

Lite downloaded 28/10

Full purchased 28/10

I do have google check out receipt and number

no .NMS file on SD card

Sorry for the delay in responses. I've had network issues all day. I'm now in a location that should be better.

At this point we are investigating why the purchase and upgrade are not completing on the device side. All problem orders will be refunded, but at this point we need the following:
Using CatLog, begin verbose logging
Attempt to purchase NMS
Disable logging and send me the log via email (send me a private message and I will give you my email address)
Send me each of your Google order numbers and I will refund them


With this information I will work with the team on analyzing the logs to determine the root cause. Thank you all for your patience.
