Hi, I downloaded full version to my mobile, but I think I pressed archive button, the full version did not show, the money has been taken out. Please assist

Welcome to the forum even if it is in trying circumstances.
I assume that you are using the NMS version obtained via the Android market. If it is the "retail" version downloaded directly from Norton then the following comments do not apply and you should come back and update us.
When did you last update NMS lite from the Market? The older versions had a problem which sounds just as you describe.
The firsts thing I would try is to connect to the Android Market and try updating NMS Lite to version 220.127.116.118. Then switch your phone off and then on again, then re-connect to the Market. Hopefully you will see a fully functional upgraded version.
If that does not help. Uninstall NMS switch your phone off, and then on and reinstall NMS from the Market. Hopefully that will give you a fully working version.
If even that does not work then the best thing I can advise is to link through to the Norton Chat line where they should either be able to solve your problem or give you the money back ( you will need to have your purchase details to hand).
