virg24,
Please try activating your copy again now. The team just released an update that should resolve the issue. If you could confirm that would be wonderful. Thank you for your patience.

Hello Erik,
As an experiement, I reinstalled NMS Tuesday night and which pulled the latest version NortonMobileSecurity-102-2.apk with version shown below.
About 30 minutes ago I was able to successfully registered the NAT and verified by logging into the antitheft.norton.com site. I rebooted my phone to make sure the no errors by accessing both NAT and NMS.
NAT version 1.3.0.122
NMS version 2.5.0.398
Currently, I am no longer getting the error that the NAT license has expired or "Unable to register: Your Norton Security license is registered to a different Norton Account".
As a FYI, I set my device name to a understandable name using underscores between words since I was not sure if spaces between words would cause issues for the device name.
Kind Regards,
Richard

Excellent news Richard. Thank you for confirming as well.
Keep an eye out for the disabled message just in case. If you do see it, please generate logs and send me a private message.
I believe it accepts spaces as well, but using underscores is never a bad idea.

Hi Erik! Not sure if you did something with that log I gave you yesterday. But I'm no longer getting that error. Whatever you did, thanks!

Just bought the Norton Security on my Galaxy Nexus. I had still over 300 days left until it expired, then for some reason this morning it said that the sim card had been changed and locked my phone. I unlocked it with the password, now the it says i have the 'LITE' version and is telling me to upgrade?
What do i do?

I have an HTC Incredible (I know, kinda old, but I really like it). I too experienced the premature expiration of the Norton Anti-theft security add-on. After much confusion and frustration, and lacking in tech savvy, I reverted to tech 101...I turned off the phone for a few seconds and rebooted. I had to do this two times, but my Norton Anti-theft has reactivated and my smart phone is showing as "online" at the Norton Anti-theft website. So far, so good. This now has me wondering if this is a smart phone technology issue rather than a Symantec/Norton software issue. Just thought I would throw it out there.
