Upgraded from the beta and subscribed to the full edition, now it won't accept my password when trying to login int to anti-theft?
How can I reset or who do I contact?
Nevermind, uninstalled and reinstalled gave me the setup option. Strange is the password displayed in the test screen was my old password and not the new.
Is this the only place to get support....I hope not!

Can you confirm that the password worked before you upgraded? It should still work. Don't forget it is case sensitive i.e. it sees upper and lower case letters as being different.
If you had previously set a password, did you set up any buddies? If it has locked then you could get a buddy to unlock it.
If it is not locked you could try un-installing, then reinstall and set a new password. Having bought the full version the password/code you have used should still work on the new installation provided it is the same phone.
Other than that you will probably need to wait for a Norton employee. But hopefully you won't.

I asked an Engineer to test this and we didn't see the same behavior. This was likely due to some sort of file corruption. Unfortunately that's something that can happen and are impossible to predict.
