Re: Products and History

Can you confirm the following:

You have NMS Installed

You have the purchased version of NMS (was this through Google Play or a retailer?)

You installed the NAT plugin from Google Play and used your Norton Account email address during setup

Could you let us know where you are looking at your Account?  I don't want to make any assumptions as to what your looking at, etc.

Re: Products and History

Hey Eric,

I have installed NMS

I purchsed NMS last year on another phone, and transferred ownership of all my apps to this phone

I downloaded and installed NAT plugin from Google Play

I have logged into My Account using Norton 360 where I can see the purchase under My History

I have logged into "Access my devices" via NAT and this is where the problems starts.  The link will not recognise my purchase of NMS

Is that what you need?

Re: Products and History

Kind of, but it's still a little confusing.  Here's a couple things that might help:

NMS does not integrate with Norton Account currently, so the purchase for NMS will not show up in your order history there (unless you purchased NMS from our online store - any other location and it will not show up).

If I go to https://antitheft.norton.com I'll see the devices that NAT has been bound with on the left.

Are you trying to do something at the antitheft.norton.com site or the Norton Account site?

Ok here is what I get when I go to that page.Annotate Your Screenshot 2012-05-08 11-08-14.jpeg

I have nothing in my devices

I cannot access add licence

If I go to subscription info I get redirected to the "my account" info see above for what I get aka history

If I select add NAT licence it will not accept my licence that I retrieve from the my history nor would it accept a licence given to me by on line support.  It was then I got a phone call telling me this service is not available in Australia

I hope this helps??

PS I'm not overly fussed about it all, so please don't stress too much about it as I doubt I would use this service its more the Anti Virus I'd be worried about and Samsung offer a find and lock my device as part of their support for free.
