So I've been trying to do this for awhile now but my phone hangs on this message, I've left it for 10 minutes and it never registers my nexus 2 so far I'm unable to use the full features of Norton mobile because of this. I have a norton account set up and ready but I don't know the issue I uninstalled reinstalled and reset my phone nothing happened. Please help...

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with registering your Android device
with Norton Mobile Security (NMS). :(
Unfortunatley Norton are currently having issues with NMS and Android devices
and the NMS website Control Panel.
More info and updates on the issue can be found in the Norton Mobile Security
Forum from the thread here.
The Norton Team will be working very hard and will hopefully have the issues
resolved soon. :)
