I was just going through my email, I got this E-mail: ClubNorton Newsletter: App Attack!: Four things to think about before you download. I went on to read the menioned article ( http://us.norton.com/addicted-to-apps/promo?om_em_
I looked over the product, liked what I saw and liked the 14.99 price tag even more, enough for me to go ahead and buy.. almost. I got as far as adding the item to my cart but immediately noticed the price given was 29.99, not the 14.99 deal that I thought I'd be getting.
So my question is what's the deal here, the page says one price, the cart says another. I would be a little more understanding if I hadn't checked my inbox in a week or more and it had gone 'off sale' but the newsletter containing was just sent to me a few hours ago. Anyone know anything about this?

I believe that the promo prices are applied when you get to the confirmation screen. If it isn't updated you could contact support to have them fulfill your order. You can go to http://norton.com/chat to speak to an agent. Also, if you do talk to an agent, be sure to call it Norton Mobile Security as Norton Internet Security is the PC product.

Well I can confirm that going through to the confirmation page doesn't update the price, so I'm on hold, I guess you could say anyhow, waiting to talk to a rep.

Hi vexed_virgo
If you follow the link in Erik's post that should get you through to a real person quite quickly and not leave you on hold.
Good luck.
