Can you explain how the device came to be locked?
When you set up the Anti-Theft feature on your Note the software should have insisted that you set up at least two "buddies" who can send unlocking messages. It should also be advising you now of who they are. Did you set up "buddies" and if so have you contacted them and asked them to unlock your device?
Just in case that does not work can you tell us what version of Norton Mobile Security (NMS) you have installed or when you installed it or when you last updated it?
Finally have you set up the Norton Anti-Theft plugin?
