There appears to have been a lot of registration issues with
the new NMS 3.0.
I am sure that Noron is working on fixing the issue.
I really cannot give you much advise as this is a Norton issue
i have no advice for.
You could try contacting the friendly staff at Norton Support
Live Chat for free and see if they can assist you.
Click on the link above and fill in the info needed and select
Chat Now if required.
Explain your issue and hopefully they can resolve the problem
