Hi,
When I run Sneak Peek, the shutter sound on my Razr goes on. This takes away the sneaky part of the peeking. I have the sound deactivated for the front and rear cameras.
Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the community and thanks for the report. This problem has been noted on a few phones. The Razr being quite new, the team at Norton have probably not yet got around to testing it. Now that you have reported this I'm sure they will add it to their "todo" list. What we cannot know however is how long it will be before the fix comes out.
Just as a matter of interest, when you take the sneak peek does it use the front or rearward camera. Most people seem to want it to use the front facing camera. Is it doing that on the Razr?
Edit - technically your post should probably have been made in the Norton Anti-Theft forum as it is the Anti-Theft software that does the Sneak Peek. It is therefore possible that the moderators will move it over for better visibility. However even if they do that, a link will probably remain here so you can find it again if you need it.

Could you go to Settings > About Phone and provide the following information:
Version of Android
Baseband version
Kernel
Build
Once we have that, I'll have QA try to reproduce this so we can correct this.

It looks like the team doesn't have a RAZR. They'll try to procure one, but in the meantime if you could generate logs for us that would help. If you could do the following:
Install CatLog (you can get it here)
Open CatLog and set it to start Verbose logging
Recreate the issue
Save it to a file
Once you save it to a file, send me a private message with the file size and I'll let you know how you can send this to me.

So, QA was unable to acquire the device yet. That means we need a developer to look at the logs, and unfortunately the developers that would need to take a look at it are out for holiday. They should be getting back next week to take a look. I apologize for the delay in getting this looked at.
